Hair plays a vital role in enhancing the beauty especially for girls and it is a fact that the kind of hair we get is not in our control. It is found that most of the girls are not satisfied by their hair, some want short while others lengthy, some want straight while others wavy. Thus, to sort out this, extensions are the best idea to get the type of hair you really want.
The hair industry has revamped the techniques and products and several new extension methods came into practice. These extensions are made from synthetic and natural hair. Synthetic ones are shiny and have a silicone coating whereas natural hair extensions are made from natural hair. The former ones are cheaper than the latter ones. Here in this article, we have discussed few types of hair extensions you should know about:
Tape-in:
In this type, the tapes of hair are attached to the end of your natural hair using heat. If taken proper care, these extensions can last for a year. They require a simple procedure which can be completed in a single visit to the salon.
Clip-in:
If you want to experience a new temporary look for any special occasion such as party, you should try clip-in extensions. You can apply them anywhere on your head. They come in different hair styles and color tones. They make the best option for a temporary makeover.
Micro-link:
In this type, hair extensions are looped around your natural hair using some metal beads. They last for few months if taken care. Also, avoid shampoo and conditioner near the beads to avoid slipping of beads.  
Weft:
In this type, extensions are applied on the hair through stitching. There are two ways to do hair weft i.e. by hand and by machine. If you have weak hair, then you should not use this procedure.
Fusion:
In this type, keratin is used to bond the extensions to your natural hair. This is a permanent procedure and requires very less maintenance. The entire procedure takes several hours and is expensive too.
